Refund Policy

1. 14-day money-back guarantee

New customers may request a full refund of their first VPS order within 14 days of the initial purchase, provided the service has not been used in breach of our Acceptable Use Policy and the request is made in good faith.

2. What is eligible

• The first monthly or annual term of a newly purchased VPS, cancelled within the 14-day window.
• Duplicate or accidental charges, and verified billing errors, at any time.

3. What is not eligible

• Requests made after the 14-day window for monthly plans (annual plans may be refunded pro-rata, less any used term, at our discretion).
• Renewals of an existing service (please cancel before the renewal date to avoid the charge).
• One-off / add-on charges such as setup fees, additional IPs, backups already consumed, or bandwidth overages.
• Accounts terminated for abuse, fraud, chargeback activity, or violation of our terms or the Restricted Jurisdictions policy.

4. How to request a refund

Email support@it-4you.com from your account email with your order/invoice reference. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

5. Chargebacks

If you have a billing concern, please contact us first — we resolve the large majority of issues directly. Initiating a chargeback without contacting support may result in suspension of the affected services.

These terms are provided for transparency and should be confirmed against IT-4You’s current commercial terms; they do not override any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under applicable law.
